The current fees are:
- Birth Certificate - $23
- Death Certificate - $21 ($4 for each additional certified copy of the same death record).
**We now accept credit/debit card payments with a convenience fee of 5% (in office only - no card payments over the phone)
Applications:
Mail order applications are payable by check or money order only. Make checks payable to The City of Paris.
