Duties/Purpose: Review and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the project plan and financial plan for the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 1 for Paris, and make yearly reports to the state comptroller. Members must be citizens of Lamar County or adjacent county, taxpayers, and qualified voters.
