EMS Reserve Corps
What Are the EMS Reserves?
The Paris EMS Reserves are a group of 40 volunteers who are medically trained and many are members of our first responder organizations. These dedicated men and women are on-call 24 hours a day and can respond at a moments notice from a single notification system.

EMS Reserves can assist in major disasters, wrecks, or other mass-casualty incidents. In terms of training, they are all certified EMT-Basic Medical Technicians or higher, and participate in monthly Continuing Education offered at no charge.  This training assists the EMT's in maintaining their National and/or State Certification.

Other Duties
Paris EMS Reserves also work many public events like the Tour de Paris, Paris Art Fair, Kid Safe Saturday, Paris Rodeo, Red River Valley Fair, area football and baseball games, Pumpkin Festival, Fill the Stocking Fund drive, car rallies, and various motor sports.
