Don't Place Items Like This Items must be stacked neatly. All loose items must be boxed or bagged. |
One item will be picked up on the second trash pick-up day of the week (Thursday or Friday) free of charge. Items exceeding the one item will be picked up and billed to residents’ water bill.

Placement of Bulk ItemsBulk items can be placed at the curbside one day prior to pick up (Thursday or Friday). Items can not block drainage ditches, sidewalks, and/or streets.
Common MistakesDo not place bulk items mixed in with daily household trash. Doing this can result in having your weekly pick-up left behind.
Acceptable and Non-Acceptable Items
Acceptable
- Appliances
- Bagged leaves
- Bicycles
- Carpets and rugs
- Furniture
- Tires (no rims), $5 per tire

Non-Acceptable
- Bricks
- Car batteries
- Caustic, corrosive, explosive, toxic, or flammable items
- Concrete
- Construction and demolition debris
- Cross ties
- Fencing
- Lumber
- Major vehicle parts
- Medical waste such as needles and syringes
- Shingles
