How do I set out bulky trash or brush?

Your weekly pick-up includes three cubic yards of bulk trash or tied and bundled brush for free, and bulk trash does not have to be in the cart. Items like paint, gas, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, construction or demolition materials, or other hazardous items are unacceptable for cart pick-up service. Three cubic yards is about the same space that an average washer and dryer would occupy or 3' x 3' x 9' in area.

  • Acceptable Bulky Waste:
  • Toys and Yard Tools clearly marked as "Bulk Item"
  • Furniture
  • Bundled Carpet in 4-foot or less lengths
  • Fence Panels No Larger than 4' x 6'

  • Loose debris**
