NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed requests for proposals (“RFPs”) for the asbestos and biohazard abatement, removal and selective demolition is requested by the City of Paris, Texas (“COPT”) for the Grand Theater at 21 Lamar Avenue in Paris, Texas.

  9:00 a.m., Thursday, Oct 19, 2023 - Pre-proposal conference with Grand Theater building tour following
• 11:00 a.m., Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 - deadline for question submittals
• 11:00 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023 - RFP deadline, opening and tabulation

The City of Paris reserves the right to revise the process schedule as circumstances arise.
